Some people sprinkled them on top of salads and coleslaw, on cereal, in baking and to make smoothies, muesli or breakfast parfaits. Some incorporated them in savoury dishes by using them on rice, on toast, to make pesto or as a crust for breading fish. Others just ate them on their own!
