Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, documenting, and organizing industrial parts within the warehouse. This includes researching products, developing accurate descriptions, taking photographs, and ensuring items are properly stored. Strong computer and keyboarding skills are essential, as this is a fast-paced, production-oriented role where speed and accuracy are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Product Research

• Receive and process incoming industrial parts

• Research products online to identify specifications and details

• Develop accurate product descriptions for entry into the business system

• Determine fair market pricing

• Capture digital photographs of each product

Warehouse Organization

• Place items in designated shelf or pallet rack locations

• Assist with inventory moves and organization as needed

Inventory Management

• Perform cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy

• Assist with location transfers and adjustments

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Prepare and ship customer orders (primarily ground shipments; occasional LTL pallet shipments)

Additional Duties

• General housekeeping and upkeep of warehouse areas

• Support special projects as assigned

• Qualifications & Skills

• Strong PC and keyboarding skills (required).

• Ability to research and interpret product information from various online sources.

• Forklift/hilo experience is a plus (training provided if no prior experience).

• Ability to lift and move parts without restrictions.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on speed and accuracy in a production environment.
