Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Shifts: Rotating Days/Evenings/Nights
Pay Range: $19.00 – $25.50 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Length of Assignment: Permanent (99 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist residents with mobility, repositioning, and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Monitor and record vital signs , behaviors, and care activities accurately in the EMR system.
• Support residents during meals and ensure a positive dining experience .
• Maintain infection control standards and adhere to all facility policies.
• Offer emotional and psychosocial support to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant training program approved by the state.
• Active CNA certification in South Dakota.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) .
• Ability to perform assigned tasks and attend required training/in-services.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical care-related tasks.
• May spend long periods standing, walking, or repositioning residents.
• Work environment is typically moderate in noise level.
• Reasonable accommodations may be provided as needed.
