Job Description Viridian Staffing's ( Client is looking for Temporary Processing Technicians to help with harvest and packaging duties during a very busy season for a cannabis company about 25 minutes east of the Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, area. This position will start once the PA State required background check/badging process is completed. Hours will start around 6 or 7 am and the assignment will be Monday - Friday. This is a temporary assignment, with the possibility of converting to permanent for workers who do a great job.

As a Processing Technician, you will do everything from harvesting, sorting, weighing and tracking flower material to packaging and labeling the product accordingly. Using your attention to detail and dedication to quality, you will also get to help collect samples and perform tests on the product. You may perform a variety of other processing tasks as needed. While experience packaging cannabis is not required, you should have experience adhering to strict health and safety policies and procedures. The ability to closely follow standard operating procedures is required. You should also have the ability to sit, stand, twist, and kneel for up to 8 hours. Requirements: - Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 8 hours/day
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
- Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take direction
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
- Ability to arrive on time
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of Pennsylvania
Pay: $14/hr
