About Us:
We are a fast-growing company in the petroleum industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing individual to join our in-office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry for sales and customer information
• Support the sales team with lead generation, CRM updates, and follow-ups
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to identify new leads and business opportunities
• Assist in marketing research to identify trends, competitors, and new prospects
• Maintain and update internal databases and client files
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with potential clients
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Experience in the petroleum or related industrial sector preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
• “Hungry” and self-driven personality with a passion for sales and business growth
• Must be comfortable making outbound cold calls
• Marketing research experience is a plus
