Join Our Team at Tiny Apple Fabric & Crafts!

Do you love fabric, crafting, and helping others find their creative spark? Tiny Apple Fabric & Crafts is the go-to spot for sewists and crafters in downtown Anoka—and we’re looking for someone awesome to join our team!

We’re a small, crafty crew, and we’re currently hiring for a Retail Associate . If you’re passionate about sewing, quilting, cross-stitch, embroidery, or just love being surrounded by beautiful fabrics and creative people, this might be the perfect fit!

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the face of Tiny Apple! – Greet every customer with a smile and make them feel at home.
Fabric Whisperer – Help customers find the perfect fabrics and suggest coordinating notions.
Cut it Up! – Cut fabric to order (precision matters!).
Ring It Up – Work the register and help with online orders.
Kit Curator – Assist with cutting project kits and pre-cut bundles (accuracy is key!).
Keep It Cute – Help tidy up and keep the store looking fresh and inviting.

 

What We're Looking For:

✅ You don’t have to be an expert, but you should love sewing, quilting, and crafty things !
✅ Friendly, upbeat, and excited to help customers.
✅ Can stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
✅ Problem-solving ninja with great listening and communication skills.
✅ Comfortable chatting with customers and helping them feel inspired.

If you have experience with social media, we’d love for you to apply! The ability to create engaging posts and help promote our products and events online would be a valuable bonus.
