What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal and client guidelines. Operate and maintain awareness of security-related equipment and protocols specific to the location. Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing information and guidance as needed while upholding site policies. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services if required during incidents or emergencies. Document all activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site‑specific procedures. Minimum Requirements At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. An armed guard card or license is required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
