Overview

As an Xactimate Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the estimation and documentation of property damage and repair costs. You will utilize Xactimate software to generate accurate, detailed estimates that meet the needs of our clients and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Use Xactimate software to create comprehensive and precise estimates for property damage and repairs.
• Conduct detailed inspections of properties to assess damage and determine necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and project managers to gather information and clarify requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, including scope of work, cost estimates, and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure estimates are current and accurate.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates and communications.

Experience

• Proven experience using Xactimate software for property damage estimation. (Minimum 2 years experience)
• Strong understanding of construction, restoration, and repair processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, adjusters, and team members.
• High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Xactimate Certification Levels 1-3 a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000 per year
