Primary Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service Standards

• Welcome all thosewho walkinto our doors with an inclusive and compassionate language and attitude, sharing the Root story in our tour, and inviting visitors to take care of themselves and become a part of our community.
  

• Ensures all clients are met with a consistent level of top-tier customer service, addressing client issues and concernsin a timely mannerwith a compassionate lens
  

• Oversees the reception areaincluding directing client interactions, phone calls, email bookings and sales to maximize and achieve revenue targets.
  

• Maintains client profiles in ensuring all required information and documentation are onfile,such as valid card information, waivers, and insurance information.
  

Whole Body Health Accounts & Sales

• Promotesandsecures new Whole Body Health Accountsignups, actively working to exceed personal and team membership performance goals.
  

• Stays up to date on appointment and sales KPIstoidentifyareas of growth in booking, sales, and membership sales.
  

• Utilizes the 1-2-3 checkout process to build longstanding relationships with new clients and continue to nurture relationships with current clientsinsame-dayrebooking.
  

Schedule Optimization & Outreach

• Audits the appointment schedule in Mindbody week by week to maximize appointmentcapacity.
  

• Recognize opportunities in the schedule to move current booked appointments and create further practitioner availability.
  

• Performs outreach calls to targeted lists of clients,utilizing
  effective sales skills to book appointments and sell memberships over the phone or through MindbodyMessengerAI.

Education & Experience

Required:

• At least 2 years experience in a clinic, spa,retail, or customer- facingwellnessenvironment.
  

• At least 1 year ofsales experiencewith a proventrack recordof exceeding sales targets.
  

• Flexible availability, includingsome evenings.Must be available to work at least 1 weekend day.
  

• Natural connector who thrives in a fast-paced and goal-centered workplace.
  
• Deep belief in natural, integrative healthcareideally with your own story or passion for wellness
  

Preferred:

• Experience using an appointment booking system, specifically Mindbody, preferred.
  

• Experience using CRMsystems
  preferred.

This roleoperatesin a serene, wellness-focused environment centered around healing, presence, and whole-body health. The position requires interaction with guests, staff, vendors, and members of the wider wellness community.
