Aerotek is Hiring Warehouse Associates (Entry Level)

Job Description

Responsible for visually inspecting documents, scanning them and processing them. No experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect
• Package quality products according to policy, procedures, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Utilize effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain good attendance levels and demonstrate potential for growth within the company.

Essential Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Experience with weigh scales.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 15 to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand 12 hours per shift.
• Teamwork and communication skills.

Work Environment

The role involves light work, lifting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently. The environment is indoors, providing protection from weather conditions but not from temperature changes. There is sufficient noise to necessitate shouting to be heard above ambient noise levels. The worker will be exposed to hazards such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical currents, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or chemicals, and exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
