We are seeking an experienced Upholstery Technician to join our Sewing & Assembly Team in the Greenville, South Carolina area.

We’re seeking a skilled Upholstery Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and creating high-quality custom seating, panels, and soft goods.

What You’ll Do
• Cover, staple, and assemble upholstered pieces for marine interiors
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand and pneumatic tools to fit, stretch, and fasten materials
• Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in marine, automotive, furniture, or similar upholstery is strongly preferred
• Good hand-tool skills and a strong eye for detail
• Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work (lifting, bending, stretching materials)
• Reliable, positive, and ready to work in a fast-paced shop
• A brief job-related skills and physical ability assessment may be conducted during the interview to evaluate essential job functions
