Title: Process Mining / AI Developer Location: Grand Prairie, TX (Onsite 3 days per week, remote for strong candidates) Duration: 18 Months (Contract) Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Process Mining / AI Developer to lead process optimization using UiPath Process Mining and RPA tools. The ideal candidate will analyze, visualize, and automate data-driven workflows, driving operational efficiency. Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize UiPath Process Mining to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and develop dashboards.
• Collaborate with the team to design automation workflows using UiPath RPA.
• Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction and process improvements.
• Develop applications using VB.net/C# and handle automation for Citrix, Windows, and web applications.
• Implement OCR/ICR technologies for document processing and data extraction.
• Provide technical insights to business users and lead process optimization initiatives.
  Required Skills:
• 5-8 years in RPA development with UiPath, VB.net/C#, and SQL.
• Strong JavaScript skills, especially with React.js and DOM manipulation.
• Experience with Process Mining, AI Bots, and OCR technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  Preferred:
• Healthcare domain knowledge.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions and automation.
