Technical Product Manager - Infra and Developer Tools

The Dev Infra Product Team focuses on building infrastructure products that enable our engineers to improve R&D efficiency, engineering experience and system stability. Our products include CloudIDE, code tools, CI/CD software, quality platform, monitoring, SRE related, client/web frameworks and solutions etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design of RD platforms, code tools, quality & environment platforms, etc.
• Responsible for industry analysis, industry research, business development trend tracking, and understanding product development direction.
• Responsible for product iteration planning, demand analysis, product scheme design, interaction, etc.
• Responsible for the promotion and landing of products in the company, and responsible for supporting and connecting with overseas user groups.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline with 3+ years' industry experience and 1+ year experience in Technical Product Management.
• Able to translate complex market insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experienced in platform engineering or enterprise-facing platform product design.
• Results-oriented and able to manage complicated project scopes and roll out detailed execution plans.
• Able to collaborate with cross-team stakeholders and thrive in a hyper-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in one or more of the following: DevOps/ Engineering efficiency & quality/ RD platform product design.
• Prior experience in software engineering or related technical domains

Job Information

Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $311600 annually.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
