Service Team Member – Assistant

3(16) Growth Partners (3(16) GP) is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Service Team Member – Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values organization and precision, and is passionate about supporting retirement plan administration and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Support the retirement plan administration process, including plan documents, compliance tracking, and operational parameters.
Assist with client billing, payment setup, and account maintenance.
Prepare and maintain presentations, reports, and communication materials for clients.
Communicate professionally with plan sponsors, advisors, and service providers regarding plan operations.
Monitor and maintain CRM records to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with the service team to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant administrative support.
Contribute to building strong relationships with clients and partners through responsiveness and reliability.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retirement plan administration, banking, finance, or related fields.
Comfortable reviewing and discussing plan documents with other professionals.
Familiarity with investment products and retirement services.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Experience with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, Zoho, or Salesforce required.
