What We Need:

A Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to develop and implement sourcing and employer branding techniques that will help us recruit talented employees for our partners. You will source potential hires on various online channels, building relationships with passive candidates and presenting them to hiring managers after evaluating their background and fit. You will have proven you can creatively attract talent and improve candidate experience. Ultimately, you will ensure we attract, hire, and retain stellar employees for our client partners.

This is a full-time position. Although our team primarily works from home, we prefer a locally based team member.

What You'll Do:

• Get your hands in various industries recruiting for different skill sets - we keep it exciting!
• Create sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates on social networks, niche platforms, and job boards.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand and set expectations.
• Foster relationships with candidates; past, present, and future.
• Track key recruiting metrics in applicant tracking system.

What You'll Need:

• Recruiting experience required.
• Sourcing experience required. LinkedIn is a must.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to present market intelligence with clients and candidates.
• Must be flexible and agile to quickly switch gears.
• Must be able to work independently in a macro-managed environment with thorough follow up and communication.
• Must have reliable Wi-Fi, laptop, and a quiet space to work.
• Must be down to earth. We have fun! If you take yourself too seriously, this is not a fit.
• Must be smart, curious, driven and consistently work towards demonstrating PKR Values.
