• Must have:
  • Fluent in German (either native speaker or certified in German language).
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and team player
• Nice to have: Previous automotive industry experience would be ideal (in particular; internal quality or ISO standards experience).
• Monday- Friday (working hours can be either: 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for calendar management.
• Manage office related topics and steer the department budget.
• Attend department meetings and record meeting minutes.
• Will not moderate the meeting but will also prepare the presentation and organize the meetings.
• Responsible for entering purchase order’s for the department.
• Align with the central team in Germany on topics.
