Position: Supply Chain Manager

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled  Supply Chain Manager to join their team!

Join a global leader in manufacturing and engineering services, focusing on aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. This role is pivotal in driving supply chain strategies, cost-containment, and supplier performance. The position is open due to the need for strong aerospace/circuit board experience. You'll lead a team of buyers and stockroom reports, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Drive supply chain strategies and cost-containment
• Manage supplier development and negotiations
• Lead S&OP process and meetings
• Ensure inventory management and delivery performance
• Oversee logistics and warehousing operations
• Support new product launches and introductions
• Ensure ITAR compliance and fiscal management
• Promote company core values and collaboration

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience
• 3 years ERP system experience
• 3 years of S&OP processes experience
• Aerospace or electronic component manufacturing experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• MBA preferred
• ISM or APICS certification preferred
• CPM, CSM, or CPSM certification preferred
• Commodity management and supplier development experience
