Our internship program allows you to explore your career goals, gain valuable real-world experience, develop essential professional skills, and decide if our industry is for you. You'll be a contributing member of an onsite project team given real responsibilities, playing a significant role in the success of a construction project. You'll work closely with the project management and field teams to gain a well-rounded view of each career path. We intentionally connect our interns with other new professionals at P-C to foster team building and camaraderie - you'll build relationships that last throughout your career. You'll also have access to our learning and professional development programs and plenty of opportunities to get to know our leadership team.

Essential Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Architecture, or related.
• Able to demonstrate interest in a career in construction through internships, part-time jobs, co-curricular activities, etc.
• Team player who can work collaboratively
• Willingness to learn
• A sense of urgency
• An ownership mentality
