Position Title: Fencing Subcontractor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Fencing Subcontractor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing fences in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes. The ideal candidate should have experience in the fencing industry, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair fences in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
• Operate and maintain all tools and equipment necessary to complete the project.
• Communicate with the General Contractor or Project Manager to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the project timeline and specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, time spent, and materials used.
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Attend all project meetings and provide updates on progress as requested.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fencing subcontractor, with knowledge of various fencing materials and installation techniques.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own tools and equipment necessary for the completion of assigned tasks.
• Liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.
