Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Workday HIRS Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting Workday HCM configuration, Core HR processes, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday HCM and a proven track record in managing configurations, troubleshooting, and addressing tickets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and configure Workday HCM , including Core HR and Benefits modules.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system configurations meet business needs.
• Administer and troubleshoot issues related to Core HCM and Benefits in Workday.
• Provide day-to-day support by managing and resolving ticketing system inquiries.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement new Workday functionalities.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Support ongoing Workday enhancements, testing, and updates.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday HCM configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes.
• Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting Workday-related issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
