Salary: $90,000 to $140,000
Scion Staffingis seeking a Senior Recruiter to add to our award-winning and growing team! This position will source, screen, submit and place both direct-hire and temporary professional (i.e. administrative, customer service, human resources, finance, legal and management) staff at client locations. It's a full cycle recruiter role (no outbound sales/cold calling) and a fully remote role with occasional client visits in the Northern California region. RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Immediately engage with clients to conduct job intakes for new searches and set the foundation for ongoing communication throughout the search. Act as the client Account Manager throughout the search.
- Quickly create engaging and informative job postings for new searches.
- Source highly qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, our ATS (Bullhorn) and other tools. Leverage creative recruiting strategies such as reaching out to local education/training institutions or social media to attract qualified candidates.
- Effectively screen/interview talent and assess candidate qualifications considering their backgrounds, experience, hard and soft skills, etc.
- Put together concise, informative talent presentations.
- Coordinate candidate-client interviews, facilitating a smooth and easy process for both parties. Provide coaching and interview preparation for candidates.
- Advocate for both client and candidate throughout the offer process and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and annual billing requirements.
- Use Bullhorn ATS extensively to manage the search pipeline and the status of each applicant.
WHAT YOULL BRING
- 4+ years of prior staffing/agency recruiting experience and proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment!
- Success at working in a remote recruiting environment while achieving and exceeding growth numbers.
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Fantastic communication and relationship building skills; not afraid to jump on the phone to connect with a client.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365/MS Office (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- Driven and focused with a desire to meet clients' needs and achieve goals of the position.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position offers a base salary between $60,000 - $65,000 dependent on experience and location, plus a very competitive uncapped commission structure. Total compensation for our Senior Recruiters is over $100k, with top earners bringing in above $150k.Earnings increase as you gain more experience and perform - we offer room for growth and advancement!
