What You'll Do:
Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to children with autism in their homes, utilizing ABA techniques as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA, including goals, methods, and schedules.
Collect and record data using provided technology.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and team members.
Attend and successfully complete all assigned training within allotted timeframes.
Obtain and maintain your RBT credential within 30 days of orientation.
Complete timesheets and session notes accurately and promptly.
Maintain reliable attendance (>95%).
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma/GED (Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree).
At least 18 years old.
Tech-savvy skills.
Current, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Ability to pass State and Federal background checks, OAG background checks, and Child and Adult Abuse Clearances.
CPR certification.
Experience in the following fields is a plus: Behavior Analyst, Autism, Social Learning, Social Skills, Developmental Condition, Psychology, Sociology, Social Services, Children, ABA, Behavior Therapist, Behavioral Health, Behavior Specialist, ABA Therapist, Childcare, Teacher Assistant, Teacher's aide, Preschool Teacher, Paraprofessional, Youth Program Coordinator, Direct Support Professionals, Behavioral and Social Sciences, Behavioral Health Technician, Babysitting, Mental Health Specialist, Camp Counselor, Coach, Working with Children, Caregiver, Hospice care, Respite Care, Specialist, Therapist, Interventionist, Technician.
