ROLE: Software Developer (Journeyman or Senior)
REQUIRED:

Location: Offutt AFB
Education: A high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of software development experience or A Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 2 years of software development experience or A Master of Science degree in a STEM field with 0 years of software development
Principal Engineer Software: A high school diploma with a minimum of 9 years of software development experience or A Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience or A Master of Science in a STEM field with 3 years of software development experience.
DESCRIPTION:
Constellation West is looking for a Software Developer to develop, create, and modify general computer applications software and specialized utility programs. The ideal candidate must have the ability to analyze user needs and develop software solutions, design software, and customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. The candidate must also have the ability to analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. Candidates will demonstrate a broad skill set balanced between interpersonal and technical capabilities achieving sustainable quality products. They will have a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The selected candidates will participate in the entire software development lifecycle with a concentration in software engineering. The candidates will work closely with other software developers accomplishing the following:
