Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Skid Steer Operator to perform dirt work and landscaping tasks. Project will range from land clearing, pad construction, rough grading, final grading, sub grade prep for concrete and culvert installation. Candidate must be able to take direction, follow project specifications, manage laborers, and communicate with operations staff. Responsibilities:

• Grading around buildings, flatwork, and utilities
• Constructing house pads and gravel driveways
• Sub-grade prep for concrete
• Hauling trash trailers to the dump and back to the job site
• The applicant will be required to have a performance interview on a job site

Qualifications:

• Must be able to maneuver skid steer in between tight spaces without hitting homes and utilities
• Must be able to finish grade following specs with tight clearances
• Must be able to load dump trucks and haul off debris
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Experience pulling a trailer is preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years experience operating skid steers doing residential construction
