Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technology Risk Consultant that will contribute to the ongoing development of the Global Technology Audit function to enhance its risk management capabilities in support of the company's business objectives. The SeniorTechnology Risk Consultant will be part of the Global Technology Audit team and innovative assurance methods to impact and influence positive business outcomes.

What You Will Work On

  • Technology Audit Execution: Spearhead the planning and implementation of operational audit initiatives and intricate technology control evaluations, covering areas such as Information Security, Infrastructure, AI, and Privacy technology. Utilize data analytics to identify risk indicators and uncover valuable insights. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Integrated Audit Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive audits that support both operational and technological aspects of business functions and productions, including Trust & Safety, Monetization, and FinTech.
  • Technology Risk Analysis: Contribute to the identification and analysis of emerging technology risks. Cultivate and maintain expertise in specific technology domains.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaborative relationships with management, gaining a deep understanding of the business to provide valuable services. Establish credibility as a consultant and resource for internal controls. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to advise on the design and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Expand knowledge of the audit profession, industry trends, and company products through self-study, research, and ongoing education. Innovate audit methodologies for new technologies and services.
  • Audit Quality Assurance: Ensure the consistency and quality of audit work, adhering to departmental and professional standards. Seek continuous improvement opportunities for audit processes.
What You Will Bring
  • At least 8 years in Technology and Operational audits, Risk Management, Cyber Security Compliance, or Security Engineering, ideally within tech sectors like social media, eCommerce, Fintech, or Big4 consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Portfolio Management: Proven track record in managing multiple audit projects simultaneously.
  • Integrated Audits: Skilled in conducting audits that blend financial, operational, and technology objectives.
  • Industry Experience: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, product-centric environments; startup or tech/fintech experience is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate complex tech environments against risk assessments, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing skills to convey findings and recommendations to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with risk and controls frameworks like COBIT, ISO27000, NIST.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CCNA, CISA, or CIA.
  • Experience in global organizations and managing cross-time zone projects.
  • Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and standards, with strong critical thinking skills to challenge business practices.
What You Can Expect

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Pay Range: $90-$110/hr. (DOE)
