Job Details:

As a No-Code Developer, you will convert business needs into functional digital solutions using TAP. Your role is crucial in simplifying technology adoption by automating and streamlining processes, enhancing transparency, efficiency, and self-service capabilities, while helping manage trends and risks. You'll primarily focus on designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain TAP workflows with integrations to

systems like TeamConnect, Salesforce, and CLMs to optimize business processes.

• Build workflows according to client specifications, providing

best-practice guidance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to deliver solutions

aligned with business goals.

• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and process

optimization skills.

• Lead client workshops to identify challenges, prototype solutions, and

implement workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a No-Code Developer, proficient in tools like

TAP, Checkbox, and Power Automate.

• Strong understanding of process improvement, automation principles,

and best practices.

• A keen eye for design and user experience.

• Experience in legal process automation is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the

capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment
