Job Summary:
The Senior Regional Property Manager will be responsible for managing operations across multiple residential and/or commercial properties within a designated area. You will be managing four Regional Managers. This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in property management. The successful candidate will ensure that properties are maintained to high standards, occupancy rates are maximized, and compliance with regulatory and company policies is met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee property operations and ensure consistency in standards across the assigned region
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your Regional Managers and Property Managers
• Provide leadership, training, and support to on-site property management teams
• Monitor property portfolios and prepare performance reports
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
• Analyze market trends to inform rent pricing, lease terms, and service improvements
• Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing updates and responding to inquiries
