Responsibilities include: Navigating high ambiguity and solving problems in complex, evolving environments. Collaborating with various teams to address customer complaints and align on objectives. Developing and executing strategies related to product, policy, and operational improvements. Providing insights and reporting to senior leadership and preparing board-level presentations. Leading planning efforts to address customer pain points and improve efficiency across teams. Minimum qualifications: 7+ years in operations, business consulting, program management, or strategy roles. Experience with product lifecycle management. Proven success in managing large-scale programs and influencing stakeholders. Strong communication skills and data-driven problem-solving ability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions. Preferred qualifications: Experience in B2C, fintech, or user experience design. Data analysis skills (SQL, Python).
