Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field required; a master’s degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management for eCommerce, growth analytics, or digital health.

  • Demonstrated success growing digital products—especially in eCommerce platforms, subscription memberships, or online healthcare memberships.

  • Experience with digital marketing, data analytics, and product optimization in healthcare or eCommerce settings.

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting targets, such as growing revenue and improving conversion rates.

Skills

  • Relentless curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning and experimentation to find innovative solutions for member acquisition and engagement.

  • Advanced data analysis skills, fluency in web analytics, and statistical testing methods.

  • Strong understanding of digital needs, usability, and eCommerce design principles. Obsessed with conversion rates and success metrics.

  • Familiarity with software development, understanding of web platforms, CMSs (e.g., Webflow, Directus or custom CMS), experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).

  • Outstanding verbal and written skills, adept at presenting insights and complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven record of managing digital projects from concept through launch, with a focus on results and details.

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
