Job Title: Senior ERP Specialist

Job Location: Remote

Target Rate: $60 - $80/hr ; open to market rate discussion

We are seeking two Senior ERP Specialist to support a large-scale IFS Cloud ERP implementation. This will be a long-term contract (9-12 months), working closely with our team and the client to ensure smooth and successful ERP deployment. The ideal candidates are experienced ERP professionals with deep experience in IFS Cloud, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to guide business and technical teams through the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional and technical implementation efforts for IFS Cloud
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions
• Configure, customize, and optimize IFS Cloud modules based on project requirements
• Provide hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues
• Conduct system testing, validation, and end-user training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations
• Ensure smooth data migration, system integration, and post-go-live support

Qualifications :

• 8+ years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 3+ years specific to IFS Cloud
• Strong background in business process mapping, configuration, and deployment
• Experience with ERP data migration, integrations, and customizations
• Client-facing and customer service-oriented mindset - excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory and contractual standards such as PCI DSS and GDPR.
• Certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to research and create high-quality awareness and training materials.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to independently lead security awareness and training initiatives.
