Dispatch Security Officer as a part of our growing team here in
Moncks Corner, SC .
Pay: - Starting at $19.32 / hour
Shift: - 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM/ 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Friday - Monday (32 HPW)
Job Type: - Full-time (30+ hours/week)
Responsibilities :
- Prioritize providing excellent customer service to our clients, their staff, and visitors.
- Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- Provide rapid response in critical situations.
- Read and write detailed reports in the third person.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as required.
- Ability to respond to alarms in a timely manner.
- Ability to monitor CCTV systems.
Qualifications: - High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to undergo and successfully complete an extensive screening process.
- Security, Military, and Law Enforcement experience is not required but a plus.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Call center/dispatch experience required.
- Familiarity with CCTV is required.
- Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
- MUST have experience with Informational Technology systems.
- MUST have security experience!
- Advanced Computer skills/knowledge preferred!
