About the role Braintrust is looking for our first Sales Development Manager to focus on hiring, developing, and leading a highly driven team of sales development representatives. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of SDRs, the strategy and operations of our outbound & inbound sales motions, and the data expert on our sales development team.
