We're looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and drive innovative solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Copado. ### What You'll Do:
- Develop high-quality Apex, Visualforce, and LWC components to enhance Salesforce functionality.
- Review code to ensure it aligns with industry best practices and provide valuable feedback to the development team.
- Work with Salesforce's architecture framework and integrate Salesforce with both on-premise and cloud applications.
- Manage code versioning and deployment using Copado to ensure smooth releases.
- Coordinate effectively with offshore teams to drive successful project execution.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and contribute to process improvements.

### What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and integrations.
- Active Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud, Administrator, Developer I & II, and Experience Cloud are highly preferred.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
