Sales Support Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between our customers and internal teams. You’ll work closely with both sales and operations to manage customer orders and inquiries, primarily via email and occasionally by phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sales and operations teams by managing customer tasks and processing orders.
• Collaborate with the operations team to gain a deep understanding of our products.
• Communicate with customers weekly, primarily through email.
• Handle 5–15 phone calls daily, mostly for forwarding and administrative purposes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in sales support or customer service.
• Strong data entry and order entry skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Brooklyn Park,MN.
