At IFS we are a commercial janitorial company currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to
join our team as an entry level Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our
janitorial services to potential customers, building relationships, and growing our customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and
networking events.
- Schedule appointments with potential customers to present our services and conduct on-site visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling
and cross-selling.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and targets.
- Work with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:
- Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willingness to learn.
