Job Duties

• Develop and design engaging visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Plan and execute company exhibitions at conferences and trade shows.
• Create expressive graphics for both the company and its website, utilizing strong design fundamentals.
• Produce brochures, flyers, and posters while conducting thorough competitor and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of or experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Strong skills in design software, including Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with content branding, marketing design, videography, and/or digital marketing.
• Background in working with SEO campaigns.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• A portfolio showcasing projects related to the aerospace and defense industry.

Compensation and Benefits

$75,000 - $95,000
