SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Use your sales management experience and Mandarin Chinese language skills to join dynamic team and help the organization to grow.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• At least 5 years of sales management experience
• Bilingual, English/Mandarin, Cantonese a plus
• Positive, sales-oriented personality
• Effective negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:

• Assist Director of Sales and Marketing to meet management goals for the department
• Acquire business through growth in existing accounts and developing new accounts and market segments
• Train new and existing staff and assist in annual staff evaluations
• Enforce departmental procedures and policies and prepare progress reports
• Lead regular team meetings
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit business
• Develop company brand in marketplace
• Investigate and resolve customer/company disputes
• Assist in managing accounts within credit terms
