Roofing Operations Manager

Company:

Our client is a well-established roofing company with a fantastic reputation for excellent service on residential single and multifamily dwellings.

Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven Operations Support and Efficiency Manager to drive operational excellence across the roofing business.

Responsibilities:

Workflow Optimization and Operational Efficiency

• Analyze and document operational workflows and service levels
• Identify inefficiencies and delays; implement process or system improvements to streamline processes
• Support timely communication of changes, updates, and requirements between teams (both internal and external)
• Track key performance metrics and use insights to drive improvements
• Leverage CRM tools to monitor tasks, deadlines, and accountability
• Support adoption of automation and digital tools that improve operational visibility and reduce manual effort
• Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies
• Provide training and documentation for best practices
• Assist in resource planning and capacity forecasting based on project pipeline and team capabilities
• Lead change initiatives that improve operations
• Partner with leadership to support onboarding and rollout of new tools, and processes.

Qualifications

• Residential roofing experience required
• 5+ years of experience in operations or workflow optimization, ideally within the residential roofing.
• Ability to define and implement process improvements through conviction and tenacity
• Ability and desire to collaborate with experts and teams across multiple functions
• Experience in writing detailed business processes required
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative group environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills.
