Education Qualifications:

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

What you'll get to do in this role:

• You will be in charge of organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• You will get to be a team leader and delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
• You will be part of something bigger. You'll contribute to meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and in turn serve the community in which you live.
• You will meet the requirements of the Joint Commission as applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Our Medical/Surgical Unit sees:

• Orthopedic post-op patients to include total knee, hip, and shoulder replacements
• Generalized fracture and tendon/ligament repairs
• Post-op back and neck surgeries, urological surgeries, ENT procedures, and hernia repairs
• Medical overflow patients

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month

Job Location: St Josephs Medical Center
Shift Rotation: Day/Night Rotation (United States of America)
Shift Start/End: 7:00AM and 7:00PM/7:30AM and 7:30PM
Hours Per Pay Period: 60
Compensation Range: $38.48 - $57.72 / hour
Union: St Josephs MNA RNs (STJRN)
FTE: 0.75
Weekends: Every Third
