Responsible for delivering the best talent with the right skills and experience to drive organizational impact. What you'll do Partner with hiring managers to understand and prioritize job opening requirements, influencing staffing decisions based on business needs. Set clear expectations with hiring managers and agree on service level agreements. Engage with sourcing partners and facilitate assessment processes by conducting intake sessions, clarifying staffing needs, and ensuring accurate job descriptions. Understand and monitor internal candidate pools by collaborating with HR Business Partners and Talent Management. Establish effective selection processes, including strategies, tools, and participant experience. Use a consultative approach with hiring teams for assessment and selection to meet business needs. Guide and influence business leaders to ensure the right hires for the right roles at the right time. Assist hiring managers with behavioral interviewing techniques and facilitate the selection process to ensure legal and effective practices. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Influence the hiring process to meet timeliness and quality standards. Support hiring managers in developing and gaining approval for competitive offers. Explain offer components to candidates to facilitate acceptance. Respond to talent acquisition inquiries from business leaders and hiring managers. Provide timely updates on applicant activity, track metrics, and report trends with recommendations for improvement. Keep applicant records up-to-date in the applicant tracking system for reporting and analysis. Build strong cross-functional partnerships within the organization. Provide leadership and mentoring to other Talent Advisors. Manage special Talent Acquisition projects related to supported business units. All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications - Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training. At least 2 years of recruiting experience for open positions. At least 1 year of reporting experience related to Talent Acquisition performance and metrics. Preferred Qualifications N/A Skills, Licenses & Certifications Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risks, and action plans. Strong customer orientation and influencing skills. Knowledge of employment law and recruitment practices. Leadership ability. Knowledge of competency-based interviews and assessment techniques. Strategic thinking, creativity, and sound judgment. Knowledge of workforce planning and ATS systems like SuccessFactors.
