Architectural Fiberglass, Inc. (AFI) is one of the premier fiberglass manufacturers leading the industry for over 25+ years in design and manufacture of custom fiberglass. We operate in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. AFI custom designs and manufactures interior and exterior decorative fiberglass reinforced polymer (FTP) ornamental for the restoration, reproduction and new construction industries.
AFI is looking to hire a Receptionist who will help our business continue to grow. This candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate with professionalism,
This position requires NO EXPERIENCE. WE WILL TRAIN ALL ASPECTS OF THIS JOB. All that is needed to become an AFI employee is the willingness to learn and the desire to put forth your best efforts. In addition, you must work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
Typing. 40 wpm
Responsibilities will include:
Answering all phone calls, transferring to the appropriate person, taking messages when necessary and paging when necessary.
Open all mail; scan all checks and make copies accordingly. Distribute as required.
Responsible for preparing out going checks for the mail, i.e., putting in envelopes and adding postage.
Accepting all/any deliveries to the office; i.e. Amazon, Quill, etc.
Order all supplies necessary for the office.
In addition to the above, there may be some light general office duties; i.e. making files, shredding, etc.
