Qualifications

Must have experience in Colorado Residential Real Estate. You are an organized, methodical and driven professional with a servant leader's heart. Systems are your jam -- creating them, implementing them, refining them. Your attention to detail is unsurpassed and you thrive on your high standards, quality of work and your ability to serve others. You are an empire protector focused on protecting the time and financial resources of top producers. If you don't know how to do something you are the type of person to utilize the resources at your disposal to figure it out.

  • 5+ years real estate operations/transaction experience REQUIRED.
  • Colorado Real Estate License
  • Working knowledge of Colorado Real Estate Contracts.
  • Transaction management experience.
  • Organized - VERY VERY Organized.
  • Basic budget and financial reporting skills. Quickbooks a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google suite software and calendaring systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Quickly adapts to changing circumstances
  • CRM experience.
  • Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Manage subordinates. Virtual Assistants.
  • MLS experience in one or more of: ReColorado, Crexi, IRES, PPAR, CoStar, Loopnet.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain company status reports and tracking.
  • Enter PLACE Operations Onboarding and ongoing consulting sessions.
  • Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing.
  • Partner with PLACE Finance and is responsible for all team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement.
  • Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.
  • Create and maintain the teams operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
  • Responsible for hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team.
  • Implement talent and Power of Moments campaigns.
  • Engage in PLACE Talent Acquisition consulting and implements talent attraction systems.
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
  • Become an expert in PLACE Technology.
  • Oversee client transactions delivering five star customer service.

Compensation

  • $65,000 - $85,000 USD Yearly salary (based on experience), plus BONUS, plus Commission for sourcing clients from your sphere. Six figure opportunity.
