We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Credit Property Manager to join our team. As a Tax Credit Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our tax credit properties in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of tax credit properties, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing and LIHTC regulations
- Prepare and submit all required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Manage the budget for each property, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints
- Supervise on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to all inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with a focus on tax credit properties
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and LIHTC regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
