• Starting Salary $40,000 - $50,000
• Relocation assistance provided

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager who must be willing to relocate to Kuwait (relocation assistance/housing will be provided) to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Kuwait . This individual will be responsible for ensuring high occupancy, managing tenant relations, overseeing property maintenance, and driving revenue growth through effective property management practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, organized, and service-oriented professional who is ready to relocate and contribute to our growing team in Kuwait.

Physical Stamina: Must be comfortable with extensive walking and the ability to climb stairs regularly, as this position involves frequent site visits and inspections across various property floors.

• Property Management: Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, including lease administration, rent collection, budgeting, and maintenance scheduling.
• Tenant Relations: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently to maintain high tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Leasing & Marketing: Collaborate with the leasing team to attract and retain quality tenants. Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
• Maintenance & Inspections: Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance requests. Schedule regular property inspections to ensure all units are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage property budgets, track income and expenses, and provide financial reports. Ensure properties meet revenue and expense goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all properties comply with local laws, codes, and regulations related to property management and tenant safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance, leasing, and accounting teams to achieve property performance objectives and deliver excellent service to tenants.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to relocate to Kuwait (relocation assistance/housing will be provided)

• Strong understanding of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations
