PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT:

1. Financial Statements: Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy.
2. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
3. Month-End Close: Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.
5. Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Hospitality/1+ years of experience preferred.
• Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
