Ensures that all creative deliverables are delivered on time and in accordance with defined file specifications. Manages project from initial file setup through all revision cycles and final mechanical preparation to ensure quality and adherence to brand standards before being released. Must be organized and detail-oriented and able to juggle a variety of jobs at once while adhering to deadlines and departmental priorities. Requires exceptional communications skills. Must be competent in working in a Macintosh environment and be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience in using a digital asset manager and workflow management/routing system is a plus not mandatory, Assembles assets into presentation documents and toolkits, handling toolkit delivery into digital asset management system (DAM). Also performs production tasks on product packaging jobs. Minimum associate degree in graphics, advertising art or equivalent, plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with print, social, and digital artwork as evidenced in a portfolio of completed work.
