Job Description

• Pay : $13.50 per hour
• Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

1. Fruit Picking :

2. Carefully pick oranges from designated storage bins or orchards (if applicable).
3. Ensure only quality fruit is picked, removing any that do not meet quality standards.
4. Palletizing :

5. Stack boxes of oranges onto pallets according to company standards.
6. Ensure all pallets are stable, labeled, and organized for easy shipment.
7. Use proper lifting techniques to handle heavy loads and avoid injury.
8. Quality Control :

9. Inspect fruit and packaging for defects or damage before palletizing.
10. Report any issues or discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
11. Warehouse Maintenance :

12. Keep the picking and palletizing areas clean and organized.
13. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Punctuality and reliability for the set working hours.
