Start your new career as a Warehouse Associate with MAU at Robert Bosch in Greer, SC. As a Warehouse Associate, you will inspect and pack materials, record product details, measure and weigh items, remove defective products, seal and load packages, assemble cartons, maintain cleanliness, transport packages, and pick orders from inventory for shipment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer:

• $17.81 - $18.70 per hour
• $500 attendance bonus
• 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control
• Strong attention to detail
• Overtime may be required depending on business needs, including early arrivals, late departures, or up to 8 hours on Saturdays.

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate:

• Examine and inspect materials and products to ensure that packing specifications are met
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing in specified areas such as loading docks
• Seal containers or materials using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools
• Transport packages to customers, awaiting vehicles, or carriers
• Place products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes
• Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders using hand tools
• Pick orders from inventory according to pick sheet to be shipped
• Perform other tasks as assigned
