Responsibilities: • Schedule travel and arranging for accommodations, flights, and transportation • Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized • Deliver packages and pick up orders as needed • Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks • Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome • Assist the CEO in daily tasks such as proofreading, typing up revised documents, and organizing the schedule. Qualifications: • Understands how to use Microsoft Office • Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills • Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly • High school diploma or GED required • Previous work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related job experience, such as business administration Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly • Assist the CEO in daily tasks such as proofreading, typing up revised documents, and organizing the schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr True Vines, Inc.
