Position Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee a Digital Marketing Team to ensure that the campaign needs of CrossCountry Mortgage retail locations are. This role is pivotal in scaling our 3rd party lead, direct, and paid digital marketing efforts while maintaining cost-effective user acquisition and retention strategies. You will be instrumental in shaping our online presence and driving measurable results through strategic campaign management and optimization. This includes campaign set-up, monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified mortgage leads and digital retention opportunities.
  • Develop and execute supporting channel strategies, such as email and awareness tactics, to enhance campaign-attributed revenue.
  • Uncover new digital platforms and data sources to create pilots to present and earn broader adoption.
  • Lead the development of new messaging strategies.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaign options that are proactively promoted to branches as programs and market changes present themselves.
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels.
  • Discover new landing page tactics and techniques that improve funnel conversion.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns across several platforms.
  • Develop customer personas and ad campaigns that focus on specific customer types.
  • Lead new campaign optimizations that focus on first party data, identity resolution and other available data sets that could improve effectiveness.
  • Manage team of digital marketers focused on multi-channel campaign execution and optimization.
  • Assist in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Work with the marketing team and other groups throughout the organization to develop and enhance strategies to build effective and profitable programs.
  • Identify new technologies, platforms, and advertising tactics to encourage business growth.
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success.
  • Delivering performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee execution of loan officer/branch-level campaigns outside of corporate initiatives.
  • Project management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5+ years' experience working in digital advertising platforms for an ad agency or marketing department.
  • Experience building campaigns in both Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a must.
  • Working knowledge of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tike Tok, Instagram, etc.) platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager, a plus.
  • Grows the company's paid marketing budget across direct channels through a full-funnel approach, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, OLV, and Local
  • Experience in the Mortgage and/or Real Estate industries a plus, but not required.
  • An interest in analytics and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
  • Experience managing and goal setting for at least two or more direct reports.
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-department to produce projects.
  • Implement and improve digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, paid social, native ad networks, CM360, DV360, and other programmatic DSPs.
